Michael is a decorated Marine Corps Sergeant, Veteran of the first Gulf War as well as a retired Police Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in military law-enforcement, SWAT, emergency medical and the security services field.

Michael has held the role of the Commander of the criminal investigation division for a local police department and the Assistant Commander to the Northwest Indiana Regional SWAT team. While on the SWAT team, he was a team medic and the lead instructor for firearms and tactics. He has experience in high-risk warrants, armed barricaded subjects, and hostage situations. Michael also has experience and training in corporate security and executive protection. Most recently, he was deployed overseas providing high threat protection for the US government.

Accredited in the Nationally registered Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, Certificated Instructor in “Stop the Bleed,” Handgun, rifle, Simulations, live fire shoot house, impact, and edged weapons. Also, less lethal weapons, such as, OC spray chemical and impact munitions and distraction devices.
